We had an amazing group vacation! We explored cultural spots like the Mercedes Sierra de Perez el Chicó Museum and enjoyed the vibrant area, perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was super accommodating.

One issue was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, made our room uncomfortably warm at times. We called for help, but it wasn't resolved.

The stay exceeded our expectations with a very clean and comfortable room. The staff went above and beyond to, especially during breakfast where Don Luis provided excellent service. The location was fantastic. The air conditioning was a bit of an issue as it remained set at one temperature, and the laundry fees felt overpriced. It was a wonderful experience celebrating my boyfriend's birthday.
